Defensive Product Restrictions
The following is a list of restricted items in certain cities and states.
IF YOUR STATE HAS RESTRICTIONS ON ANY OF THE PRODUCTS WE OFFER IN OUR CATALOG OR WEB SITE THEY WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO YOU AND YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED.
STATES WITH PEPPER SPRAY RESTRICTIONS:
NEW YORK: New York residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.
MASSACHUSETTES: Massachusetts residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state.
STATES WHERE PEPPER SPRAYS HAVE SOME RESTRICTIONS:
MICHIGAN: OC Pepper spray can be no stronger than a 2% concentrate. CS is the only Tear Gas accepted and can be no larger than 35 grams per can. No combination spray allowed.
WISCONSIN: Pepper only. No Tear Gas, UV Dye or combination sprays. OC can be no stronger than a 10% solution. Can must be between 15-60 grams only. Must have safety feature.
CALIFORNIA: Canisters cannot be more than 2.5 ounces.
STATES WITH STUN DEVICE RESTRICTIONS:
HAWAII, ILLINOIS, MASSACHUSETES, MICHIGAN, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND and WISCONSIN.
CITIES WITH STUN DEVICE RESTRICTIONS:
ANNAPOLIS, MD, BALTIMORE, MD, BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD, HOWARD COUNTY, MD, DENISON / CRAWFORD COUNTY, IA, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA and PHILADELPHIA, PA.
STATES WITH BATON RESTRICTIONS:
NEW YORK: It is illegal for New York residents to carry or purchase expandable batons in their state.
